From 300-seat theatres to more intimate spaces, our spaces are flexible to suit the needs of your event, and our Events team will work closely with you to create your perfect venue.
Our venues can be hired on evenings and weekends throughout the year, or anytime during school holidays.
The Rowland Brown Hall, named after the founder of St Helen’s School, was built in 1959 and is ideal for concerts, banquets, balls, weddings, religious events and lectures.
Rowland Brown Hall can seat up to 300 people with a further 130 in the gallery. Suitable seating arrangements for dining can also be facilitated at round or long tables.
The adjacent Dining Room, Kitchen and Quad spaces can be combined to accommodate larger events.

The Dining Hall leading to the Quad can seat 230 people comfortably and where possible, suitable seating arrangements for dining can also be facilitated at round or long tables.
The Dining Hall is located adjacent to the Rowland Brown Hall and these venues can be booked together for larger events.
The Quad is an ideal location for hosting pre-drinks receptions. It is the perfect venue for parties, afternoon teas, lunches and celebrations.

The Centre is a versatile space and an ideal venue for parties, exhibitions, workshops, rehearsals and presentations. The Hall has retractable seating for 130 and additional seating can be made available.
The adjoining Mint Cafe offers a perfect pre-drinks space or break-out area which leads by spiral staircase to a mezzanine floor facilitating more seating.
There is also an outside patio area overlooking our magnificent grounds.

Our state-of-the-art School of Music offers a versatile space for musical recitals, conferences and break-out areas, theatrical events, training courses and workshops.
In addition to the Recital Hall, which offers an impressive large performance, rehearsal and entertaining space, there is a more intimate Music Tech Room equipped with a suite of iMac computers, a Drum Room, a Recording Studio and 13 individual practice rooms.

The two floor Lund building is perfect for all types of events including conferences, workshops, parties, seminars and break-out areas.
Lund Hall is located on the ground floor and the Janet Parker Room is located on the first floor.
Both halls can be divided into two by folding partition doors converting the space into four separate venues. Lund Hall also has the additional benefit of a kitchen area.

The Woolfson building is an eco-building offering a hall with retractable seating, plus classrooms and studios across two floors.
An ideal location for conferences, break-out areas, workshops, training seminars and parties, it also has the benefit of its own gated parking area.

We’re located in the heart of Northwood, five minutes’ walk from Northwood London Underground station (Metropolitan Line), offering easy access from central London.
We are close to the Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire borders and only 20 minutes away from the M25 by car.
Our beautifully landscaped grounds offer your guests a relaxing environment with free and plentiful parking.
Catering can by supplied by our in-house catering team and we offer a full event production service. Alternatively, you are welcome to use a preferred supplier.
A full range of audio-visual equipment is available on site, and we offer free broadband WiFi access.
