St Helen’s Enterprises Ltd is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of users of this website. We collect data on this website via:

Enquiry Forms

We use a plugin called Gravity Forms to power any forms seen on our site. Data captured through Gravity Forms will be used to contact you in order to respond to your enquiry. A backup of your data will also be stored in the database of our website, but will be automatically deleted after 30 days. Only authorised individuals will be able to access your data, and it will not be disclosed to third parties. If you would like your data to be removed in advance of 30 days, please email enquiries@sthelens.london.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). We use this service on our website to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to make sure it’s meeting its users’ needs and to understand how we could do it better. Google Analytics stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site, how you got here and what you click on. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone and we do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Google utilises the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.

Cookies

Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer as you browse our website. Most websites do this too.

They improve things by:

  • remembering settings, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you visit a new page
  • remembering information you’ve given (e.g. your postcode) so you don’t need to keep entering it
  • measuring how you use the website so we can make sure it meets your needs

Our cookies aren’t used to identify you personally. They’re just here to make the site work better for you. Indeed, you can manage and/or delete these small files as you wish. To learn more about cookies and how to manage them, visit AboutCookies.org.

This table shows the Cookies we use on the site, and their purpose:

Strictly Necessary Cookies (Always Active)

These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not then work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.

Performance Cookies

These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies we will not know when you have visited our site, and will not be able to monitor its performance.

Functional Cookies

These cookies enable the website to provide enhanced functionality and personalisation. They may be set by us or by third party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies then some or all of these services may not function properly.

Targeting Cookies

These cookies may be set through our site by our advertising partners. They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on other sites. They do not store directly personal information, but are based on uniquely identifying your browser and internet device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will experience less targeted advertising.
