Following the latest update regarding the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent changes to the tier system, St Helen’s Sports Complex will yet again close all leisure facilities from Sunday 20 December as a result of progressing to Tier 4 and will remain closed until is it deemed safe to re-open.
We sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience this causes our customers. This is an unprecedented situation and we are all working hard to make the best decisions for our staff and customers.
As fitness and wellbeing is an important part of people’s lives, we will continue to provide all group exercise classes online and encourage all our members to continue to remain as active as possible.
We will monitor the situation and will keep our members and customers updated with any changes and relevant information regarding re-opening via email, website and social media pages. We will do our best to answer emails and queries as soon as possible.
We would like to express our deepest thanks for your continued support and commitment and whilst we all face an uncertain future, we will together, come through the other side stronger and with renewed motivation.

Sessions will run via Zoom or Skype and will need to be pre-booked in the usual way. Session ID details will be emailed to those who have pre-booked approximately 15-20mins prior to the start of class. Please ensure we have your correct email address by checking the ‘My Details’ section in your account. Sessions may be recorded for insurance purposes but will not be shared. Existing members wishing to book, please register your account here. Non-members can book fitness classes via our online booking system.
