Fitness Classes

Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, build muscle or improve strength and flexibility, we have a wide variety of classes to help you achieve your goals. Our friendly instructors will give your motivation a helping hand and support you through your fitness journey whilst you enjoy a relaxed and engaging environment. Classes are free to members, unless otherwise stated. Non-members are welcome to join our classes at the pay-as-you-go rate.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, most classes will be offered virtually and must be pre-booked online.


Combining both relaxation with strengthening, our yoga classes offer the opportunity to detach from mundane stresses whilst engaging your muscles. Yoga offer’s the chance to challenge your mind and body, whilst reaping the benefits of mindful practice. Accessible for all levels, both beginners and regulars have given excellent feedback.



Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. It offers plenty of benefits to your body, no matter your fitness background. You will improve your posture, will focus on bodily alignment and get a fantastic core workout.



Our fun and dynamic BoxFit is our ‘non-contact’ boxing fitness workout. You’ll be challenged by exercises that will help develop speed, fitness, agility and power – all designed to improve your skills and stamina.



If you’re looking for a high intensity workout that will help tone your body and shed fat, this is just the class for you. Circuits is a high energy and fast-paced class which involves working your way around different stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time. Join in this classic class for a fun way to work out!


Body Conditioning

This class focuses on strength and conditioning, using a range of weighted movements and exercises. It also helps you achieve correct form when completing exercises to achieve maximum results.


Legs, Bums and Tums

Legs, Bums and Tums is no newcomer to the fitness scene. Gaining popularity in the early nineties, this fitness class has become a regular in gyms up and down the country, and for good reason. A great workout for the abs and lower body, Legs, Bums and Tums will tone, shape, burn fat and improve flexibility.

Our Legs, Bums and Tums class is perfect for those who love a group workout with an injection of fun! Lunge, jump, crunch, step, squat and feel your lower body getting tighter. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Legs, Bums and Tums is a classic.



These high-energy classes are set to upbeat music and feature choreographed dance numbers. You certainly don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. With the tag line, “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party,” the classes emphasize moving to the music and having a good time. Zumba is an interval based dance workout and classes move between high and low intensity designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.



A 30 minute high intensity interval training class. This class is very physically demanding and pushes you to your limits and beyond. HITT workouts are a great way to burn fat when short on time and improve lung and heart function.


rest & restore

This class is a slow and gentle session, bringing elements of mind, body and breath together allowing you to truly rest and restore at the end of your day.  Expect longer holds, tummy stretches and lots of opportunity for deep mindful breathing. We will move slowly and carefully and you’ll get a little more time to explore each Asana Yoga hold within this 45 minute class.



  • Members can book 7 days in advance and non-members 5 days in advance for all classes
  • All classes must be paid in advance and attendees must check-in at reception prior to the start of class
  • Minimum cancellation period is 24 hours prior to the start of class. Cancellations after this time will be charged in full.
